…teps (#833) The ESPHome Starter Kit project manifest now ships the Web Server and Accessory Power Rail components enabled by default. The First Steps tutorial no longer needs to walk users through adding them, so the section is reduced to the one component users still add themselves (Onboard RGB LED) and points at a new Core Components page under Learn the Basics for deeper background.
